Over the next six months, we will be standardizing certain processes and transitioning to a new online ordering system. This system is designed to reduce errors, clarify details, and make ordering easier and more efficient. A few things you can expect from the new system:
• Artwork Proofs: Easier submission and approval processes to ensure designs and content can be reviewed to prevent costly mistakes for the customer and Creative Awards USA.
• Inventory Clarification: Real-time information on available materials and options allowing us to give a more accurate completion date.
• Photo/Invoice Uploads: Convenient tools for you to use if needed to reference your past awards/plaques or invoices to help us understand exactly what you are looking for.
NOTE: While these updates aim to enhance productivity, quality, and customer service, they may also lead to some changes:
• Style and Option Adjustments: Certain designs or options may be limited as we focus on standardizing.
• Pricing Adjustments: Changes in materials, manufacturers, and processes might impact costs. Products and Services (e.g., awards/trophies, missionary plaque styles, name badge price breaks, etc.)
• Machine Engravings: Please expect prices increases and longer completion timelines on Diamond-etched engraving because it may only be offered on specific days.
